Paulaner Brauerei Salvator Doppelbock is a fine beer. I tried this one last Sunday and i must accept that it has a pleasant and special taste.
Here are some details:
Dark red-amber hue. Outstandingly complex and fruity aromas show a deep malty expression that follows through on a full-bodied palate with roasted malt character and a sweet finish checked by modest bittering hops. 7.9%
